1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vc99 ("vc99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the vc99 website located at https://vc99.bio and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, arcade games, account management, payment processing, and promotional programmes.

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All natural-language communications from vc99 to players are conducted in English.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the vc99 Privacy Policy and the vc99 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the vc99 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. vc99 strictly enforces an 18+ age policy. Players found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts closed immediately and any funds held in those accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable procedures, which may include forfeiture of winnings derived from play conducted while underage.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural legal persons may not register accounts on the vc99 platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.

vc99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the player's account.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use the vc99 platform, you must create a single registered account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one vc99 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where vc99 identifies that a player holds or has held more than one account, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets and winnings across those accounts, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

vc99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership:

• A government-issued photographic identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).

3.4 Account Security

Any activity carried out on your account using your credentials is your responsibility. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on vc99 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). vc99 does not maintain accounts in foreign currencies. No currency conversion is applied to player account balances.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, as well as any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits, are published within the Account section of the vc99 platform and may be updated from time to time. Players are advised to review current limits before initiating transactions.

4.4 Deposit Processing

4.5 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by vc99 within approximately three minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) no outstanding fraud or security investigation on the account. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three Bangladeshi business days. vc99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal of ৳50,000 or more.

4.6 Withdrawal to Registered Methods Only

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a deposit on the same account, or that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder through the KYC process. vc99 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.7 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months. vc99 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. To avoid dormancy fees, players should log in to their account at least once every twelve months.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by vc99 are subject to these general terms and to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of a promotion, bonus funds credited to a player's account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion, after which any unmet bonus balance will be forfeited.

5.3 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports bets, and certain slot titles may contribute at different rates (e.g., 100%, 50%, or 10%) towards meeting bonus wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published in the specific terms of each promotion.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

vc99 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk or mathematically negligible bets for the purpose of satisfying wagering requirements without genuine play intent; and any form of coordination between players to exploit promotional terms.

5.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions

vc99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered at vc99's sole discretion and are not guaranteed to be available on an ongoing basis.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on vc99 are subject to the betting rules published on the platform for each sport and market type. vc99 offers pre-match and in-play betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, and other sports. 10. Limitation of Liability

vc99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

vc99 does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, third-party service disruptions, and events beyond vc99's reasonable control may cause the platform to be temporarily unavailable.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by Player

You may close your vc99 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to account closure, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be assessed. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal process and KYC requirements.

11.2 Termination by vc99

vc99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if vc99 reasonably determines that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you have engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; (c) vc99 is required to do so by a legal obligation or the instruction of a competent authority; or (d) continuing to operate your account would expose vc99 to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the vc99 platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 10, and 11 — shall continue in full force and effect following termination.

12. Amendments

vc99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vc99 will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date on which the amended Terms take effect will be clearly stated.

Your continued use of the vc99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1.
